How to Order & Customize:

Please see the instructions below to ensure the order is placed correctly. We can also customize most of our designs with other colors, monogram and font options. Please let us know if you do not see what you are looking for.

PLEASE read the "About Our Monograming" section below for proper monogram formatting!

1) Select your device from the drop down menu.
2) Select your Font type to be used in the Monogram from the Font drop down menu.
3) Add to cart.
4) In the review and Submit screen please use the Add an optional note to the seller section and provide us with the initials (in order) and we will copy and paste the characters.

**** PLEASE NOTE we will print your initials or name EXACTLY how you give them to us. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for monograms that were not provided correctly.

About Our Monograming:

“A woman’s monogram typically follows the format of first, middle, and last initials. A married woman’s monogram traditionally reads first initial, maiden name initial, and married surname initial. If the married woman has a hyphenated last name, the first initial of the last surname would be used as it would match her spouse’s monogram and is proper etiquette.”

Example for a Woman:
Jane Marie Doe ===> JMD (Unmarried)
Jane Marie Doe Smith ===> JDS (Married)
Jane Marie Doe-Smith ===> JMS (Married with hyphenated last name)

Example for a Man:
Robert Michael Doe ===> RMD

Purchase Details

Your case is lovingly customized and shipped within three to six business days after your payment clears. This excludes holidays and weekends.

If you are ordering for delivery in the United States and Canada, we ship via USPS, and delivery takes approximately three to five business days.

International orders typically take seven to twelve business days to arrive, but Customs can be unpredictable.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each of our cases are custom made and hand crafted, they are non-refundable. However, if there is an instance of defect, we will be happy to replace an item within thirty days at no cost to you!testtest
